In the event of my son/daughter requiring medical attention, and in the event that I cannot be contacted, I give my full and formal permission for the Camp Manager or his/her representative to sign any necessary form of consent if the delay to obtain a signature is considered inadvisable by an appropriately qualified person. Roaring Lions staff have a responsibility to report to the authorities any concerns about a child's welfare. I am aware that all Roaring Lions polices, procedures and risk assessments are available on request.
